Refund Policy

DateNight is free. We don't take payments, store payment details, or charge any fees, hidden or otherwise, so there is nothing to refund.

If we add paid features

If DateNight introduces paid features in the future, before you buy anything we'll:

• show the full price, including taxes, and what you get;
• explain how renewal and cancellation work, if it's a subscription; and
• update this page with the refund terms that apply.

Nothing you use today will start costing money without your explicit agreement. If you live in Austria or elsewhere in the EU, you'll also keep your statutory right of withdrawal for digital services where it applies.

Costs of a date

What you spend on a date (food, drinks, tickets) is paid to the venue, not to DateNight. For refunds of those, contact the venue.
